FAQ's
Thanks to all of our friends in publicity for bringing promising new works to the attention of our professional clientele. Although we draw from a variety of sources for our coverage – major and local publications, industry guides, an internal database, etc. – updates and press releases are appreciated.
The following addresses some of our most frequently asked questions.
Tear Sheets
If you did not receive a tear sheet for a recent review, please contact us at pr@theatrescope.com and mention the request in the Subject line.
Email Submissions
Address - Please forward press releases and artwork to pr@theatrescope.com.
Size Matters – Smaller file sizes are usually fine for web use, and also speed delivery.
Formats – We handle most formats, e.g., jpg, tiff, png, Photoshop. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.
Lead Time – In general, it's best to forward information two-three weeks before a production opens.
The Name Game – Given the volume of artwork that comes in, images that reference the production title save time and eliminate confusion.
Help Us Stop Spam
We love email, but spam and viruses create problems for all of us, so we offer the following.
Blind Lists – Grouping email addresses into a list that does not exhibit individual addresses protects contact information from being harvested for other purposes.
Our Pledge To You – We will not share, trade, rent or sell your email address with any other company. We appreciate the same consideration.
